We may disclose your personal information as may be required by law. D. Shopping On-line When you order from our retail section on-line, we do not offer the use of a secure server at this time. For this reason, we recommend that you telephone us with credit card information, Tax ID numbers or other sensitive information for maximum security. E. Access, Review, and Change of Your Personal Information You may access, review and/or change the personal information we have in our files by contacting our Privacy Officer (information below). We ask that you promptly advise us of any changes to your information. F. Protecting Your Privacy We use all reasonable procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access or disclosure. We encrypt any credit card numbers stored in our database, and regularly shred physical records after a reasonable length of time. While we make every effort to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company, we cannot ensure perfect security, particularly in relation to the Web site. G. Amendments to This Policy We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Web site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective on the date of posting. H.
